Fly City, Nicole Brewer, CBS3, Kory Aversa, Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, PIFA, Kimmel Center The Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA) opened early today with "Fly City" taking flight at 5:30am! CBS3 Reporter Nicole Brewer joined us live and on location to broadcast the flying trapeze lessons for morning viewers.
