Pair Eiffel Tower Kory Aversa PIFA As part of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA), the Kimmel Center Commonwealth Plaza has built an 81-foot light-bulb-filled Eiffel Tower, with trains and planes zooming overhead.  Additionally, French wine tastings, French lessons and French food will help transport Philadelphians back to Paris, France in the early 1900s.  Followed by free nightly performances, a full service bar and lots more to keep your PIFA energy alive.   Hours:  Sunday – Tuesday, 10am – 10pm; Wednesday – Saturday, 10am – 12am.  Eiffel Tower Daily light show at 7pm and 10pm.  Price:  FREE
